Kellytown (historically Kelly Town) is a neighborhood in central Charlottesville that largely consists of single-family homes as well as a commercial strip on Rose Hill Drive. [1] The neighborhood gets its name from the African American Kelly family who owned a large amount of land in the early 1900s[2].

The neighborhood is represented by the Kellytown Neighborhood Association.
