Judith Mueller is the former director of public works for the City of Charlottesville. She retired on February 17, 2017. [1] She was succeeded by Paul Oberdorfer.

In that capacity, she was one of the City's representatives on the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority's Board of Directors, as well as the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority's Board of Directors. She also served on the Meadowcreek Parkway Design Committee. [2] She was also a member of the MPO Technical Committee. [3]
