Joseph Barnes is a Development Principal and Director of Architecture and Design of Celebration Associates LLC, a Charlottesville, Virginia based developer and operator of master plan communities including Bundoran Farm. Before joining Celebration Associates, Mr. Barnes was the Principal of Commonwealth Partnership LLC, a real estate consulting and management firm. Mr. Barnes is a member of the Board of Directors of Charlottesville Tomorrow.
Mr. Barnes holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia, a Master of Architecture from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Mr. Barnes and his family reside in Albemarle County.[1]
