John W. Williams

John W. Williams was a member and chairman (1957-1963) of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors. He was appointed to a fourth consecutive term as chair in 1960. [1]

In January 1952, he and two other supervisors disagreed with county executive Dan A. Robinson regarding how livestock should be assessed for tax purposes. [2]

In 1953, he opted not to run for the House of Delegates. [3]
