John Conover is a former member of the Charlottesville City Council and a current member of the Live Arts Board of Directors[1]. He is the staff attorney for the Legal Aid Justice Center's Civil Advocacy Program. Conover is also an elected member of the Thomas Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District, representing the City of Charlottesville.
