This project is to replace a stone bridge over the Norfolk Southern Rail on Jefferson Park Avenue Extended. Greg Krystyniak with VDOT is the project director.
Right of Way acquisition has been authorized. The process to have an acquisition date of spring 2009 is ongoing. The item is expected to be advertised for construction in November 2009, with construction the following spring.
