James "Jim" Milham is the CEO and Executive Director of the Stonewall Jackson Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.[1] His community involvement includes an ambassadorship to the Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce and serving as Secretary and Treasurer of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Milham is a member of the 2011-2012 Leadership Charlottesville class[2].
