The $2.1 million Ivy Fire Station will be located in an existing warehouse on Route 250 adjacent to the University of Virginia Medical Center's Northridge Medical Park.[1] The 7,000 square foot station will be staffed by a crew of six and will house two fire engines and an ambulance.
