Holly Hills is a planned development by Stony Point Development Group in Albemarle County's Hollymead neighborhood on nearly 31 acres. Supervisors approved a rezoning to Planned Residential Development on June 5, 2024. The project will be developed in three phases with a total of 390 units. ^{[citation needed]}
