1. Relieve congestion on Route 29 and the Route 29 / Hydraulic Road intersection Status

Update as of November 18, 2007: The Steering Committee has held its fourth meeting and negotiations are ongoing as to how the road will "thread the needle" between the U.S. Post Office and the Pepsi bottling plant. According to the MPO, design is underway. Estimated project completion date is set for 2010, pending sufficient funding
