Harrison Rue is a former Executive Director of the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission. He is now a Principal with ICF International. Rue announced he was leaving at the April 2008 meeting of the MPO Policy Board[1].

Rue recently returned to Charlottesville as part of a panel discussion on strategies to obtain federal funding for the kinds of transportation improvements called for in the Places29 Master Plan[2].
