Grove Square is a series of mixed-use residential blocks planned by Mitchell/Mathews Architects and Urban Planners for construction in Fifeville near the University of Virginia's Medical Center. [1]There are a total of four sections, three of which have been rezoned and for which a site plan has been approved. A fourth awaits rezoning.
