Grove Square was a planned series of mixed-use residential blocks planned by Mitchell/Mathews Architects and Urban Planners for construction in Fifeville near the University of Virginia's Medical Center. [1]There are a total of four sections, three of which have been rezoned to the Cherry Avenue mixed-use corridor and for which a site plan has been approved.

A fourth parcel was not rezoned.
