The Granger property is an undeveloped tract of land in Albemarle County that is owned by Riverbend Development. There are no currently plans to develop the property. Riverbend asked for an indefinite deferral in July 2016. [1] Development of the parcel is anticipated to include construction of the Stribling Avenue section of a Sunset-Fontaine Connector.[2]
