The Glass Building is an office and retail building at 313 Second Street SE. Formerly the Cavalier Beverage Building, it was redeveloped by Oliver Kuttner and Lisa Murphy.[1]
The Treehouse Building and 3Twenty3 were developed on the same parcel.
