Friends of Equitable and Affordable Housing was an advocacy group that was created to promote affordable living choices in Albemarle County and Charlottesville.

At one point, Charlottesville Mayor Dave Norris served on the organization's board of directors.

In January 2003, Julie Jones asked that the group be represented on the Housing Policy Task Force. [1]
