Flint Hill is a planned housing development to be constructed in the city limits. Located in the Fry's Spring neighborhood, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville has partnered with Southern Development, and will build 30 percent of the units. Southern Development will construct the shells of the Habitat units, while Habitat will assume control over completion and purchase the related land at a discount.
