Flicker the Flame

Flicker the Flame is a gas safety ambassador for the City of Charlottesville's gas department. He was created in 2007 to build awareness of the potential dangers of natural gas. Flicker makes trip to area schools to tell students what to do if they smell gas, and how to notify authorities[1].
