Fifeville Square was a proposed development from developer Keith Woodard on King Street in the Fifeville neighborhood of Charlottesville. [1] The project to be built at 762 King Street and 806 King Street was to have 30 units and 30 parking spaces. The Planning Commission had recommended approval in part because it was consistent with the Fifeville Three Year Action Plan. It required a special use permit and Council denied this unanimously on June 17, 1991. [2]
