Fifeville is a Charlottesville neighborhood bordered by 5th Street/Ridge Street to the east, the railroad tracks to the north, and Rock Creek to the west. The neighborhood contains Tonsler Park, Forest Hills Park, and Buford Middle School.
Cherry Avenue is the main corridor. A Cherry Avenue redevelopment plan was passed in 2005, and the Grove Square development is the first site plan approved to take advantage of the rezoning[1]
