Biographical Information

Elizabeth B. Gleason was a member of Charlottesville City Council in the 1980's. She was elected in 1980 and 1984. [1]

She was one of three votes on November 16, 1982 to move forward with a second referendum on switching to a ward-based system to elect Councilors. [2]

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce awarded Gleason with the Paul Goodloe McIntire Citizenship Award in 1990. [3]
