The Reverend Elisha G. Hall was the sixteenth pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church, from 1967 to 2005[1] [2]
Hall served on City Council from 1980 to 1988.[3]
After he became the pastor emeritus of Ebenezer Baptist, Hall moved to Petersburg. He died in Petersburg in 2014. [4]
