Republican David Wyant served as Supervisor for the White Hall Magisterial District from 2004 to 2008. He is a professional civil and an official in the National Football League. He was defeated for re-election in November 2007 by Democrat Ann Mallek.
While on the Council, he appointed Duane Zobrist to represent White Hall on the Albemarle County Planning Commission.
Since leaving the Board, Wyant has been active in the effort to change the way in which country stores are handled by the County[1]
