Cynthia Neff Neff serves on the Steering Committee of the Albemarle County Democratic Party[1] and has run for various elected office.
Neff moved to Albemarle County in 2006 after retiring from IBM[1].
Neff is a member of the Board of Directors for Advocates for a Sustainable Albemarle Population and the AIDS/HIV Services Group, the advisory council of the Legal Aid Justice Center and is co-chair of the national board for GenderPAC.
