Cynthia Neff is a Democratic candidate for the 58th Virginia House of Delegates seat currently held by Delegate Rob Bell. She moved to Albemarle County in 2006 after retiring from IBM. Neff is a member of the Board of Directors for Advocates for a Sustainable Albemarle Population[1].
