Formerly called the Downtown Crozet Association, the Crozet Board of Trade is group that represents businesses in western Albemarle county and promotes local economic and community development goals[1].
The Name
In the early 1900's Crozet business people marketed Crozet products under the name, Crozet Board of Trade[2].
History
In 2007, the then DCA formed as a non-profit organization, which predates Old Trail Village and the Clover Lawn/Harris Teeter shopping areas. The DCA helped create the Crozet Downtown District[3].
