Consultative Resource Center for School Desegregation

The Consultative Resource Center for School Desegregation at the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia was created in 1967 to assist school systems in the mid-Atlantic in the years following Brown versus the Board of Education. [1] It was founded by James Bash, a faculty member who served as director from 1967 to 1971. The center closed in 1981. [2]
