The Colridge mansion is one of four stately homes built along Ivy Road by Hollis Rinehart[1]. Originally called Kenridge by Rinehart, the mansion was once home to the national Kappa Sigma fraternity until a nasty legal fight forced its sale in 2004[citation needed].
