Claudius Place is one of several business developments set to be part of the new downtown area in Crozet. The proposed site for the 2 story, 6,607 square foot building is located across from the site of the proposed Crozet Library and will host office space, retail venues, and a restaurant[1].
The project is being developed by the Piedmont Development Group and has received preliminary site plan approval. It will be located on New Main Street across from the proposed Crozet Library.[citation needed] Piedmont officials are hoping to get construction under way in early 2012.
