Claudia Elzey is an undergraduate Urban and Environmental Planning student at the University of Virginia, and a summer 2013 intern at Charlottesville Tomorrow.[1] She has contributed articles on community design and local land use planning to the Daily Progress[2] and an article on Thomas Jefferson's violins to the Thomas Jefferson Encyclopedia of Monticello.[3]
