Citizen Burger Bar is a restaurant on the Downtown Mall located in a space previously occupied by Siips. It opened June 8, 2012. It makes its burgers with ingredients provided by local farms, craft beers, and cocktails.[2] The head chef is Mitch Beerens, formerly of Mas. Citizen Burger Bar plans to differentiate itself from other businesses on the Downtown Mall by offering an upscale sports bar-type atmosphere.[3]
