Church Hill Homes was a development firm formed in 2001 that closed in 2008 after foreclosures on several of its properties. Co-owners Josh Goldschmidt and Jamie Spence became employees of Eagle Construction of Virginia on September 1, 2007 when the Richmond-based company purchased eleven lots in Belvedere. [1]
