Christopher Cullinan

Christopher Cullinan is the incoming director of finance for the City of Charlottesville. He was previously the acting chief financial officer for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. Cullinan previously served as the city's budget director in the late 1990's and early 2000's. [1] [2]
