Cherry Avenue streetscape

The city of Charlottesville upgraded the streetscape for a portion of Cherry Avenue between Ridge-McIntire Street and 7 1/2 street in 2014.
The program was funded through a community development block grant as the surrounding neighborhoods have been designated as a priority neighborhood.
