Charlottesville City Council (2014-2015) two-year term ran from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015. The Council was composed of five members elected at-large for four-year terms. At the first regular meeting of the term after the 2013 election, the president of the council (mayor) and the vice-president (vice-mayor) were chosen by the Council. Councilors made $18,000 a year and the mayor made $20,000 a year, the maximum range allowed under state guidelines.
