The Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS (CAAR) is a trade association for real estate professionals in the Charlottesville area, which CAAR defines as Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson Counties. The organization is looking for a new executive director, as Dave Phillips left the job in the summer of 2010.

CAAR publishes the Real Estate Weekly, a publication whose office is moving to C-Ville Weekly.
