The Charlottesville-Albemarle Recycling Task Force (CART) is a group created by Teri Kent of Better World Betty in partnership with GreenBlue, a local nonprofit that advocates sustainable products and packaging. The task force is meant to address the issues surrounding recycling via education, advocacy, and dialogue.[1]
