Charles W. Allen

Allen was born in Rockbridge County, Virginia on December 14, 1861 Educated William & Mary College legal education at University of Virginia (1892). Entered the bar, 1892; Mayor, Charlottesville, 1899-1900, 1900-1902; Member of Kappa Alpha fraternity; Charlottesville, president of the Bar Association.
