Charles T. Lebo is a developer in Albemarle County and member of the Albemarle Truth in Taxation Alliance. He is the president of Lebo Commercial Properties.
Lebo was a long-time member of the Albemarle Architectural Review Board and was elected as vice-chair at its January 3, 2012 meeting. He was also a member of the Places29 Advisory Council but resigned in protest. [1] [citation needed]
