Cascadia is a planned mixed-use development located off of Route 20 on Pantops that is being developed by Stonehaus. [1] The Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning for the project on August 2, 2006.
Potential residential build-out
The property is zoned for 330 dwelling units. None have yet been built. [2]
