Carrie Shepheard is the resident engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation's Charlottesville residency, a position she assumed on February 25, 2020. [1]

Biography
Before coming to Charlottesvile, Shepheard worked as assistant resident engineer in the Farmville Residency in VDOT's Lynchburg District. She has also worked on the Downtown/Midtown. Shepheard earned undergraduate and master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University.
