Carrie Rainey is an architect serving as the urban designer and a neighborhood planner for the City of Charlottesville's [[Department of Neighborhood Development Services. She graduated from Albemarle High School and received a degree in landscape architecture from Virginia Tech. Rainey previously worked in Washington DC for the Toole Design Group. [1]
