Charles W. Allen (December 14, 1861-December 16, 1932) was an attorney with the firm of Allen & Walsh and former Mayor of Charlottesville (1900-1902).

Allen was born in Rockbridge County, Virginia on December 14, 1861 Alphonso Samuel Allen and Frances Wallace Allen.[1]
