Bundoran Farm is a 2,300 acre rural preservation development being built in North Garden[1] near the Albemarle County Fairgrounds. The first home in the Bundoran Farm development was completed on April 2, 2009.[2]
Lenders foreclosed on almost 2,000 acres of the land in June 2011[1]
