Brookdale is a 96-unit multifamily affordable housing apartment complex being built by Pinnacle Construction in Albemarle County that will provide much needed affordable housing to residents whose annual income is less than 60 percent of the annual area median income. [1]
Construction began on this project in June 2018. [2]
Brookdale Apartments is positioned on 6 acres, located in the Southern Urban Neighborhood Development Area of Albemarle County off of Mountainwood Road. The community provides a mix of two and three bedroom apartments, with community amenities including a community clubhouse and fitness center. [3]
