The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears and decides appeals by property owners to decisions made by zoning administrators in administration or enforcement of an ordinance. Additionally, the BZA decides on interpretation of the zoning map where there is uncertainty as to the location of a district boundary and hears requests for variances to zoning.
