The Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless (formerly Thomas Jefferson Area Coalition for the Homeless) is a broad-based coalition of individuals and organizations working to end homelessness in our region through strategic planning, coordination of services, and public education/advocacy on the causes and impacts of homelessness.

Each year they conduct a "point-in-time" survey of homeless individuals in the area.

BRACH is the lead agency for implementation of the U.S. Department of Housing an Urban Development's Continuum of Care program. [1]

Pm June 17, 2024, the group presented the 2024 State of Homelessness report to Charlottesville City Council. [2]
