The development is expected to transform the County's southern half and impact neighborhoods in the [[Charlottesville|City of Charlottesville]].  


Charlottesville Tomorrow will continue to monitor the development as it proceeds to site plan. There are many proffers which will trigger at certain points of the development. This document will serve as an attempt to keep an eye on whether those proffers are in fact being honored. The Board of Supervisors will hold three public hearings on stream crossings at its meeting on April 9, 2008.
