- May 21, 2013 – City Council voted 3-2 to approve the rezoning and critical slopes waiver in May 2013. [2] The Councilors who voted for the project were Dave Norris, Satyendra Huja and Kristin Szakos. The no votes were from Kathy Galvin and Dede Smith. [3]
- October 9, 2018 – The final subdivision plan was approved in the Planning Commission's consent agenda [4]
