History
Originally called Blackstone ____, Bashir's second location was on the Downtown Mall when it moved from Albemarle Square in 1997 [citation needed]. The space on the mall level was also the home of SNL Financial which then occupied the floors above and below Bashir's. [citation needed]
The third location was on the Mall level of the Market Street Parking Garage.
